about

Background:

We released Psar Dymog in 2008 as our first full length dive into ambient under the Funckarma tag. Just like in our previous Dif:use projects - also ambient full lengths released by our good friends at Th!n Consolation and Symbolic Interaction - Cor Bolten joined us, at least for a few tracks in this case. The album art was supplied by Buna.

If you want to own a physical copy of the original release, please head on over to n5md and show support for Symbolic Interaction and the n5md crew, our partners in audio crime.

About this Release:

Some tracks of Psar had a pretty dramatic change over, but in a pleasant kinda way. They became more mellow and balanced in the overall mix.

We also added a continuous mix of all the tracks if you grab the whole album. The tracks in the mix are in chronological order. Had 2 chop it in 2 cause of a size limit.

Roel Funcken Amsterdam, Netherlands

It's always a pleasure to taste the latest treat from this aural engineer, and find the latest gem in his never-ending arsenal of sound. ... more
